Based on 4th Phase of Water

•When a hydrophilic surface encounters water, an exclusion zone of 100% pure water is formed.

•My tech uses capillary action to pull water from this region.

•Can also be used to generate electricity by utilizing the battery potential of the oppositely charged water zones.

Hydrophilic surfaces have highly polarizing groups like –OH groups at the surface which are polar in nature that attracts the polar H-O-H molecules very strongly, and thus everything else is expelled from the vicinity.

Hydrophilicity in Action

Let’s hear from Prof. Pollack

It cleans water at micro levels

•The micro-capillaries pump out the water from pure water zone millions at a time creating a perpetual smooth flow of purest water.

•This design uses micro-fabrication tech from already established semiconductor technology.

Proof of Concept
(Generated by Prof. Pollack)*

•Pollack’s Filterless Filter serves as the proof of concept for this Tech.

•Model demonstrated a separation ratio of up to 200:1 in a single pass.

•Non-optimal design, however, due to:

  1. Dynamic system design: Low efficiency of filtration

  2. Precise control of tolerances in HVM will be costly due to poor yield.

  3. Scalability is difficult.

•My tech has a superior Engineering design, ergo better performance, due to:

  1. Static system design: High efficiency of filtration.

  2. Precise control of tolerances in HVM is already established.

  3. Ease of scalability

Experiment with Salts

•Demonstrated stable exclusion zones formation in up to 1.0M concentration of NaCl solution.

•Ocean Water is 0.4-0.6M concentration of salts
